Ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 5 cups rolled oats (measure 5 cups then blend in blender into fine flour)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 24 oz. chocolate chips
- one 8 oz. Hershey’s Bar
Instructions
- Cream together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in the dry ingredients.
- Add chocolate chips and grate the Hershey Chocolate Bar into the cookie dough.
- Roll into small balls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes 4-5 dozen cookies.
